Users are uniquely identified using their email address as their username. To change an email address, a new user will need to be setup and the old user removed. Please contact support@socos.io if you require a new user account to be created. Scroll down to learn how to delete a user.

Management of access keys and credentials is essential to remaining compliant. We strongly recommend requiring multi-factor authentication for each team member with a SOC.OS account. MFA could be disabled for a dashboard user account.
MFA should be enabled by default and only unselected by exception.
You can use your own authenticator app when logging into SOC.OS. Authenticator apps such as Microsoft Authenticator App, Authy and Google Authenticator App provide a code that you'll need to copy and enter each time you log in.
4. A pop-up window will ask for confirmation of user account deletion. You can also click 'Cancel' to undo the action and return to the list of users.
