You are able to assign a cluster to a named individual to indicate they are remediating the issues highlighted. This is to deconflict efforts in your team. By using this feature you can make sure that your team is working efficiently and high-priority clusters are being actioned.
By default a cluster is not assigned to a user when created (empty assignment shown as "-" in assignment column)
To assign a cluster to a specific user for investigation and remediation:
To view a user assigned to a cluster:
When viewing in the workbench you can see the currently assigned user, as well as in the cluster page header (see "How to assign" above)
Once a cluster is archived, the assigned user will be removed. If the cluster is re-activated it will be necessary to reassign the cluster.
