¶ Cluster Priority
A cluster can be assigned a priority to indicate what precedence it should be given during investigation and remediation. This allows work to be prioritised work amongst the team and ensures critical clusters are addressed.
¶ Default priority
By default a cluster is not assigned a priority when it is created (empty priority is shown as "-" in PRIORITY column of the cluster workbench)
¶ Setting the priority
To assign a priority to a cluster:
- Open the page of the cluster being prioritised
- In the cluster header, open the
PRIORITYdropdown
- Select the required value. The change will be automatically saved and the value shown in the header will be updated.
¶ Viewing the priority
The priority of a cluster is displayed in the header section when viewing a specific cluster, as shown below.
Priority information is also shown in the PRIORITY column of the cluster workbench.
¶ Searching by priority
The priority can be used to define search criteria or order query results on the cluster workbench.
