A cluster can be assigned a priority to indicate what precedence it should be given during investigation and remediation. This allows work to be prioritised work amongst the team and ensures critical clusters are addressed.
By default a cluster is not assigned a priority when it is created (empty priority is shown as "-" in PRIORITY
column of the cluster workbench)
To assign a priority to a cluster:

column of the cluster workbench.
The priority can be used to define search criteria or order query results on the cluster workbench.
